What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300–500 metres per colour per construction. For in-stock or carry-over fabrics, smaller quantities may be possible — feel free to discuss your situation with us.
Can you develop fabrics to our specification?
Yes. GSM, yarn count, fibre composition, width and finishing are all adjustable. Share your tech pack or reference sample and our team will confirm feasibility and sampling timeline within 48 hours.
Do you offer sustainable or certified fabrics?
Yes. We offer GRS-certified recycled polyester, GOTS / OCS-certified organic cotton and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics, with certificates issued per order.
How long does sampling take?
Lab dips take about 5–7 business days. Physical samples with basic test reports take 7–12 business days and are shipped by DHL or FedEx. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to 50+ countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Japan and markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
